You can pick up a card from any of our partners (including bp, GAS and Countdown) – or use your existing AA Membership card. You can also download the AA Smartfuel app and do it all digitally!
Get an AA Smartfuel card
If you're not an AA Member or you're travelling from overseas, your best option is to pick up a free AA Smartfuel card from participating retailers such as bp, GAS and AA Centres.
You can start earning fuel discounts immediately by swiping your card when you meet the qualifying spend at our retail partners.
To redeem your accumulated AA Smartfuel discounts, you'll need to register your card online or call us to register on 0800 842 877.
Use an AA Membership card
Your AA Membership card is pre-registered for AA Smartfuel and ready to earn and redeem fuel discounts.
Manage your account with MyAA
MyAA allows you to manage your AA Membership online (including your contact details and AA Smartfuel account).
If you're already registered for MyAA, log in as usual.
If you haven't previously registered for MyAA, sign up now.
Through MyAA you'll also be able to:

✓ Change your Countdown reward
✓ Link cards with family and close friends.
